Description
I remember getting into Dragon Age because it was more or less advertised to be a medieval-fantasy Mass Effect and that game had me hooked! Granted I'm a much bigger fan of Sci Fi so I wasn't sure if I'd enjoy the game as much. Surely enough though, Bioware delivers a chalk load of character/relationship and world building lore to match some pretty fun"strategic" gameplay that reminded me a lot of my MMORPG days. (I recall constantly thinking "Omg this is just raiding a dungeon on WoW but I've got to do everything myself.")
I liked the character/party customization in DA: O, was kind of sad to see it streamlined in DA:2 but the more action-based combat system kind of made up for it. I didn't mind being "stuck" in Kirkwall like most fans of the series but DA:I really, really took that criticism to heart and sported an insane amount of open-world content that I eventually grew to appreciate.
Anyway it was great to see Morrigan come back for the latest game, one does miss his first love, hahaha~ and I really liked the Flemeth redesign in 2 just weird that you saw her only once in the beginning of that game though, wtf was up with that? xP
Oh and Leliana was not at all like I remembered her, granted I didn't use her much in DA: O... derp.
